I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Provide a contact person for the owner.
2. Add a five- foot utility easement along E. Price Street.
3. Provide dimensions from the center line of Collegiate to the three comer pins on the west
side of the property.
4. A site plan is needed ASAP so the franchise utilities can determine if they will need on
site utility easements.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
