SUBJECT: Peoples Bank Place 286
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Provide a contact person for the owner.
2. Add a five-foot utility easement along E. Price Street.
3. A site plan is needed ASAP so the franchise utilities can determine if they will need on
site utility easements.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with
signatures of the surveyor and owners prior to December 7th, 2007.
