07-G Preliminary Plat The Hills Phase V

SUBJECT: The Hills, Phase V
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Provide a contact person for the Owner.
2. Increase the text size on all Right-of-Way (ROW) labels.
3. Add a five-foot utility easement adjacent to the 100-foot TXU easement on Lot 4 in
BlockG.
4. Add a lO-foot utility easement splitting the common lot line of lots 8 and 9 of Block K
and extending 300-feet from the 33rd Street ROW.
5. Remove the concrete channel details that are shown on lot 5 of Block K. Label it as a
low flow concrete flume.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
