SUBJECT: Master Plat for The Hills Subdivision
I have reviewed the master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the master plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.
1. Provide a contact person for the developer.
2. The lot numbers for the current Phase V do not match the master plat, revise the master
plat to match the preliminary plat for Phase V.
3. Increase the text size on all Right-of-Way (ROW) labels.
4. Increase the text size on all proposed storm sewer and drainage structures.
5. Provide a column in the Drainage Data table that tells the termination point of all the
drainage areas.
I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items.
