Review of goals and objectives:
1. Develop a 1 O-year capital improvement plan for streets, water, &
wastewater systems by March 31, 2008
2. Prepare strategic business plan for all departments by March 31, 2008.
3. Clean up the appearance of the city by increased emphasis on code
enforcement.
4. Prior to April 2008, Council to give direction to City Manager in order to
target for budget expenditures and tax rate for next fiscal year.
5. Develop and implement process to benchmark productivity and efficiency of
proQrams and personnel bv June 1, 2008.
