Call meeting to order. <br /> <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance and invocation. <br /> <br />3. Convene in Executive Session pursuantto Section 551.071 ofthe Texas Government <br />Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive advice of legal legal counsel pertaining <br />to pending or possible litigation and to receive advice of legal counsel pursuant to <br />the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of <br />Professional Conductofthe State Bar of Texas, and litigation exception under Texas <br />Open Meetings Act regarding the following matters: <br /> <br />A. To receive Attorney advice on Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to <br />Lake Pat Mayse water. <br /> <br />B. To receive Attorney advice on pending litigation, City of Paris v City of <br />Clarksville Cause No. 74469. <br /> <br />4. Reconvene in Open Session to possibly discuss or take action regarding those <br />matters discussed in the Executive Session. <br /> <br />5. Citizens Forum. <br /> <br />(Citizens desiring to appear under this item must limit their presentation to two (2) minutes <br />in duration. Under the Open Meetings Law, because advance notice of the subject matter <br />of each presentation was not received in time to appear on the agenda, City Council is <br />limited in its response to referring the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or <br />to a staff person with specific factual information.
