1. Call meeting to order. .
2. Pledge of Allegiance and invocation.
3. Citizens Forum.
(Citizens desiring to appear under this item must limit their presentation to two (2) minutes in
duration. Under the Open Meetings Law, because advance notice of the subject matter of each
presentation was not received in time to appear on the agenda, City Council is limited in its
response to referring the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person
with specific factual information. Claims against the City and individual personnel appeals are
not appropriate for Citizens Forum).
4. Presentation of proposed Buxton Retail Study, deliberation and possible action and/or
authorization to enter into an Agreement with Buxton to perform the Retail Study.
5. Public hearing to receive citizen input, discussion and possible action regarding
Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Irving on possible sale and
transportation of raw water from Lake Pat Mayes.
6. Discussion of and possible action on demolition of Cas a Bonita Apartments and
funding options.
7. Possible future agenda items.
8. Adjournment.
