RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the replat submitted by Hayter Engineering,
Inc., for Sagestar Holding, LTD for two proposed hotels, subject to the city engineer's
comments.

BACKGROUND:
This site is adjacent to the Radiology Center of Paris on NE Loop 286. The buildings
will be in the 3000 block of NE Loop 286. The two hotels to be constructed include a
Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Inn & Suties.

SUBJECT: Sagestar Holding LTD 318
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions:
1. Change the replat name to "Khushi & Esha Addition 318".
2. Remove the 15-foot Drainage easement on the north end of the plat that is 15-feet wide
and 165.2-feet long (northern boundary call).
3. Remove the 10-foot utility easement in the center of the replat that is 10-feet wide
and 105.3 3 -feet long. u
4. Change all of the utility easements to a minimum width of 15-feet.
5. Add an access easement on lot 1 so a sanitation truck can pick up the dumpster on lot 2.
6. A guarantee of construction shall be submitted and approved by City staff prior to the
City Council meeting on May 12t', 2008.
I recommend approval of the replat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with signatures
of the surveyor and owners prior to May 12t', 2008.
