SUBJECT: Petco Plaza 313
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions:
l. Change the plat name to "Petco Plaza 313".
2. Provide a minimum finished floor for each proposed building. a
3. Provide a dedication statement for the owner to sign. ~
4. Provide the approval certification language for the signature block.
5. Remove the old lot information from the final plat and/or show inside an inset on the
final plat.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a corrected mylar copy with
signatures of the surveyor and owners prior to May 12'', 2008.
