A master plat is required when a property owner does not want to final plat all contiguously owned property. The owner has 10 acres and is only going to final plat 1.163 acres. A guarantee of construction has been completed for the construction of a fire hydrant. BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: The Commission recommended approval to the preliminary, master and final plats subject to City Engineer's recommendations by a vote of 5-0.
