2002-008-RES REAPPOINT DR MOSELEY AND APPOINT VICKY BONHAM TO PARIS-LAMARY COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH
RESOLUTION NO. 2002-008
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, REAPPOINTING DR. ROBERT MOSELEY AND
APPOINTING VICKI BONHAM AS MEMBERS OF THE PARIS-LAMAR
COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND
PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Mrs. Prentiss Ellis and Dr. Robert Moseley, as
members of the Paris-Lamar County Board of Health, will expire on December 31, 2001; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor ofthe City of Paris, with the advice of the County Judge of Lamar
County, Texas, does hereby recommend the reappointment of Dr. Robert Moseley, and the
appointment of Vicki Bonham, for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 2002, and ending
December 31,2003; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS, AND THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF THE COUNTY OF LAMAR:
Section 1. That the fmdings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That Dr. Robert Moseley be, and he is hereby, reappointed, and Vicki Bonham
be, and she is hereby, appointed to serve as members of the Paris-Lamar County Board of Health
for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1,2002, and ending December 31,2003.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of January, 2002.
