POLICY ISSUE(S):
Plat Approval
BACKGROUND:
This site is adjacent to the Radiology Center of Paris on NE Loop 286. Two hotels are to
be constructed on the lot that includes a Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Inn & Suites.
The buildings will be in the 3000 block of NE Loop 286. The property is being replated
so they can add additional rooms to the Comfort Inn & Suites hotel. Infrastructure
improvements include water, sewer and storm sewer.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the replat, subject to City Engineer's
recommendations by a vote of 5-0.

SUBJECT: Khushi & Esha Addition 318
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. I recommend approval of the replat upon
submission of a signed mylar copy with signatures of the surveyor and owners prior to August
11,2008.
