BACKGROUND:
On October 20, 2008 City Council adopted a resolution appointing Rhonda Rogers to
serve as Council Member District Seven by filling the unexpired term of Bill Strathern.
Section 136 of the City Charter requires that every officer of the City shall take an oath
prior to assuming duties of the office.
