BACKGROUND:
Convene into Executive Session to receive attorney advice on legal issues related to the
proposed extension of the Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Irving dated
January 14, 2008; and to deliberate an offer of a financial or other incentive to Campbell
Soup Supply Company, LLC to locate, stay, or expand in Paris and consider any
commercial and financial information related to the business prospect.
