ORDINANCE NO. 2002-035
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT-COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT UNIT (PD-b),
PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THE ADOPTION OF ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 2002-016, FOR LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 1, PINE BLUFF
ADDITION; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED
TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted
Ordinance No. 2002-016, adopted April 4, 2002, establishing a Planned Development District-
Community Development Unit (PD-b) on Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, Pine Bluff Addition, as described
in the aforesaid ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the site plan for said Planned
Development District as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, Pine
Bluff Addition, located in the 1400 block of E. Price Street, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and
the same is hereby, approved.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective on August 1, 2002.
