A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, CASTING THE CITY OF PARIS'S 839 VOTES FOR BOBBY
RAY WALTERS AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE LAMAR COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT; MAKING OTHER
FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been furnished a list of the
candidates for membership on the Board of Directors ofthe Lamar County Appraisal District; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of casting the City of Paris I s 839 votes for
Bobby Ray Walters; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That the City of Paris I s 839 votes be, and the same are hereby, cast for Bobby
Ray Walters as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District.
Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, directed to execute the City of
Paris I s ballot and deliver the same to the Lamar County Appraisal District.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
