2003-183-RES APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. 2003-183
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY
BOARD; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO
THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Victor Abeles, Donald R. Morrell, James Proctor, and
Vic Ressler, as members of the Airport Advisory Board of the City of Paris, will expire on
December 31, 2003; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment
of Victor Abeles, Donald R. Morrell, James Proctor, and Vic Ressler for terms ofthree (3) years,
beginning January 1,2004, and ending December 31,2006; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That Victor Abeles, Donald R. Morrell, James Proctor, and Vic Ressler be,
and they are hereby, reappointed to serve as members of the Airport Advisory Board of the City
of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 2004, and ending December 31, 2006.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
