2003-121-RES APPOINT MEMBER TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR PEDC
RESOLUTION NO. 2003-121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS
RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of office of Mike Dunn, as a member of the Board of Directors of the
Paris Economic Development Corporation, will expire on July 19,2003; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment of
Mike Dunn for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 20,2003, and ending July 19,2006; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS.
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That Mike Dunn be, he is hereby, reappointed to serve as a member of the Board
of Directors of the Paris Economic Development Corporation for a term of three (3) years, beginning
July 20, 2003, and ending July 19, 2006.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of July, 2003.
