2003-112-RES APPOINT ALTERNATE MEMBERS FOR BLDG & STANDARDS COMMITTEE
RESOLUTION NO. 2003-112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE
BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS;
MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE
SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office ofVic Ressler, Jr. and Ward Hall, as alternate members
of the Building and Standards Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30,2003; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereb,y recommend the reappointment
of Ward Hall and the appointment of Patrick Brown for terms oftwo (2) years, beginning July 1,
2003, and ending June 30,2005; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That Ward Hall be, and he is hereby, reappointed and that Patrick Brown be,
and he is hereby appointed to serve as alternate members of the Building and Standards
Commission of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 2003, and ending
June 30,2005.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
