2003-107-RES APPOINT MEMBER TO TRAFFIC COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 2003-107
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE TRAFFIC
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS
AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of office of Charles D. Thompson, as a member of the Traffic
Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 2003; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment
ofJon McFadden for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1,2003, and ending June 30,2006;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS.
Section 1. That the fmdings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That Jon McFadden be, and he is hereby, appointed, to serve as a member of
the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1,2003,
and ending June 30,2006.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
