2003-069-RES APPROVE/ACCEPT PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENTS AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS @ WOODARD LIFT STATION RESOLUTION NO. 2003-069 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENTS AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS ACROSS LOTS 4 AND 5, CITY BLOCK 170, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER LINE FOR WOODARD LIFf STATION; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised the City Council of the need for permanent utility easements and temporary construction easements in order to construct a sewer line for Woodard Lift Station; and, WHEREAS, the easement descriptions are shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the City Council fmds that the above-described utility easements are necessary for the construction of a sewer line for Woodard Lift Station, and that the same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the permanent utility easements and temporary construction easements situated across Lots 4 and 5, City Block 170, to be used for the construction of a sewer line for Woodard Lift Station, such easements in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, be, and the same are hereby, approved and accepted. Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
