RESOLUTION NO. 2004-045
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
BillLDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS
TO SERVE THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF BILLY HILL, WHICH EXPIRES
JUNE 30 2004; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED
TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy in the membership of the Building and Standards
Commission of the City of Paris due to the resignation of Billy Hill, and it is necessary to appoint
his successor; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the appointment of
Greg Wilson to serve the unexpired term of Billy Hill, which ends June 30, 2004; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That Greg Wilson be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve the unexpired term
of Billy Hill, which ends June 30, 2004, as an alternate member of the Building and Standards
Commission of the City of Paris.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
