PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
RESOLUTION NO. 2004-003
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PARIS
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION APPROVING THE AUDIT
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2003; MAKING
OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 9.03 of the Bylaws of the Paris Economic Development Corporation
(PEDC) provides for an annual financial audit by an independent audit firm employed by the City
of Paris for its annual audit; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 11th day of August,
2003, select McClanahan & Holmes to perform the City's financial audit for the fiscal year ending
September 30, 2003; and,
WHEREAS, McChmahan & Holmes has completed its financial audit of the PEDC, and it
is deemed appropriate that such audit be approved; NOW, ThEREfORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That the audit prepared by McClanahan & Holmes for the Paris Economic
Development Corporation for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2003, be, and the same is
hereby, approved.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
