PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
RESOLUTION NO. 2003-012
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PARIS
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ESTABLISIDNG THE
MONTHLY MEETING SCHEDULE; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND
PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in keeping with Section 5.02 of the Bylaws of the Paris Economic
Development Corporation, the President is obligated to, at the beginning of his term, set the
regular meeting dates and times for the upcoming year; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That the monthly meetings of the Paris Economic Development Corporation
be, and the same are hereby, set for 4:00 o'clock p.m. on the following dates: August 20,2003;
September 17, 2003; October 22, 2003; November 19, 2003; December 17, 2003; January 21,
2004; February 18,2004; March 17, 2004: April 21, 2004; May 19,2004; June 23,2004; and
July 21, 2004.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2003.
