A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PARIS
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ESTABLISIDNG THE
MONTHL Y MEETING SCHEDULE; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND
PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in keeping with Section 5.02 of the Bylaws of the Paris Economic
Development Corporation, the President is obligated to, at the beginning of his term, set the
regular meeting dates and times for the upcoming year; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PARIS ECONOMIC
CORPORATION:
DEVELOPMENT
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That the monthly meetings of the Paris Economic Development Corporation
be, and the same are hereby, set for 4:00 o'clock p.m. on the following dates: August 21,2002;
September 18, 2002; October 16, 2002; November 20, 2002; December 18, 2002; January 15,
2003; February 19,2003; March 19, 2003: April 16, 2003; May 21, 2003; June 18, 2003; and
July 23, 2003.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31 day of July, 2002.
