A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PARIS
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ESTABLISmNG THE
MONTHLY MEETING SCHEDULE; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND
PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in keeping with Section 5.02 of the Bylaws of the Paris Economic
Development Corporation, the President is obligated to, at the beginning of his term, set the
regular meeting dates and times for the upcoming year; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That the monthly meetings of the Paris Economic Development Corporation
be, and the same are hereby, set for 4:00 o'clock p.m. on the following dates: August 22,2001;
September 19, 2001; October 17, 2001; November 21, 2001; December 19, 2001; January 23,
2002; February 20,2002; March 20, 2002; April 17, 2002; May 22,2002; June 19, 2002; and
July 24, 2002.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2001.
