Report on the status of the demolition of the Casa Bonita Aparhnent Complex.

BACKGROUND:
During the week of January 5, Intercon Deinolition commenced demolition on 22 buildings (including
those located on adjacent property not owned by the City) in the Casa Bonita Apartment complex. All
structures are now on the gound, and Intercon will begin removing the debris during the weeks of
January 19 and 26. Thereafter, they will begin breaking up concrete building pads and parking lots.
