Move to approve the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1, Block A, Thomas Addition 289.

BACKGROUND:
This is a preliminary plat for Eddie and David Thomas who are the owners of the property located at
3210 Lamar Avenue. They would like to turn this residential house into a business. The property is
currently zoned planned development which would require a full blown site plan to come back before
Planning and Zoning and City Council for approval.
BOARDICOMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to City
Engineer's recommendations by a vote of 6-0.

SUBJECT: Thomas Addition Preliminary Plat
1 have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. lt appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Add a five (5) foot utility easement along Lamar Ave.
2. Add property line dimensions.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
