/Description of a 7.94 acre tract of land located on the East side of State
Highway No. 24 approximately 113 mile from the intersection with Loop 286.
Said 7.94 acre tract being part of the George Bason Survey, Lamar County,
~ Texas, also part of a 46 acre tract conveyed to Weldon Oyler and wife
/ Dorothy Jean Oyler by Deed recorded in Volume 320, Page 307 of Deed Records
