RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve a project by the local United Way to install signs and pavement markings
on and along the north-south trail between the Sports Complex and the Trail de Paris as part
of the "Born Learning Trail", and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute all
-necessary documents.

BACKGROUND:
The local United Way would like to install 10 signs and three different sets of pavement
markings along the trail h section mentioned above. The United Way Board wants to erect
these signs on April 18 In conjunction with their Day of Caring. The focus of the signs
are on education and health. The United Way has agreed to maintain the signs and
markings.
