RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to Approve the preliminary and final plats of Lot 1 and 2, Block A, William deG Hayden 312
Addition.
POLICY ISSUE(S):
Plat Approval
BACKGROUND:
This property currently exists as four lots on the tax rolls. The purpose of platting the lots is to divide
the property into two individual lots. Dr. Hayden's primary residence is on lot 1 and his museum is on
lot 2. No new infrastructure will be required to be constructed.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat, subject to City Engineer's
recommendations by a vote of 5-0 on both plats.
