RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Preliminary Plat of Lot 14 and 17, Block A, Stoneridge Phase 6.
POLICY ISSUE(S):

BACKGROUND:
This is the preliminary plat for phase 6 of Stoneridge subdivision, it will involve adding two residential
lots. This land is outside the city limits, but our subdivision regulations apply within the extraterritorial
jurisdiction (ETJ). The water and sewer mains are existing. A shart section of street will need to be
constructed by the developer for this phase.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat, subject to City Engineer's
recommendations by a vote of 6-0.

SUBJECT: Stone Ridge Phase 6 Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception(s).
1. Add "Stone Ridge Phase 5" to Lot 16.
2. Under the General Notes section #1 should reflect that this property is currently outside
the City Limits.
3. Submit Construction Plans to the Engineering Department for review.
1 recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
