BACKGROUND:
During the week of January 5, Intercon Demolition commenced demolition on 22 buildings (including
those located on adjacent property not owned by the City) in the Casa Bonita Apartment complex. All
structures have been demolished and the building debris removed. Seven slabs, the parking lot, and the
fence between the City's property and the privately held corner tract are all that remain. Intercon
anticipates a final completion date of mid May.
