BACKGROUND:
Due to the weather, little progress has been made in the last three weeks. With the exception of the slab
the worker's RVs are on, all of the slabs have been demolished. A subcontractor is scheduled to begin
removing the asphalt parking lots by 5/26/09 (weather permitting).
