A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD; MAKING
OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Andrew Fasken and Vic Ressler, as members of the
Airport Advisory Board of the City of Paris, will expire on April 30, 2009; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, does hereby recommend the appointment
of Vic Ressler for a term of three (3) years, beginning May 1, 2009, and ending April 30,
2012 which leaves one position remaining vacant on the Airport Advisory Board to be filled
later.
1VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby
in all things approved.
Section 2. That Vic Ressler be, and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member
of the Airport Advisory Board of the City of Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning
May 1, 2009, and ending Apri130, 2012.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of
passage.
