A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION;
MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE
SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Brad Archer and Reeves Hayter, as members of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on Apri130, 2009; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, does hereby recommend the
appointments of Bee Garmon and Michael Keith Barnett for terms of three (3) years,
beginning May 1, 2009, and ending Apri130, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby
in all things approved.
Section 2. That Bee Garmon and Michael Keith Barnett be, and they are hereby
appointed to serve as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris
for terms of three (3) years, beginning May 1, 2009, and ending Apri130, 2012.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of
passage.
