A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD; MAKING
OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of office of Andrew Fasken, as a member of the Airport
Advisory Board of the City of Paris, expired on Apri130, 2009; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, does hereby recommend the appointment
of Ray Ball for a term of three (3) years, beginning May 1, 2009, and ending Apri130, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby
in all things approved.
Section 2. That Ray Ball be, and he is hereby appointed to serve as a member of
the Airport Advisory Board of the City of Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning May
1, 2009, and ending Apri130, 2012.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of
passage.
