A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE MAIN STREET ADVISORY BOARD;
MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE
SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of office of Karol Lyn Moore, as a member of the Main Street
Advisory Board of the City of Paris, expired on April 30, 2009; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, does hereby recommend the appointment
of Ashlea Mattoon to replace Karol Lynn Moore for a term of three (3) years, beginning May
1, 2009, and ending Apri130, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby
in all things approved.
Section 2. That Ashlea be, and she is hereby appointed to serve as a member of
the Main Street Advisory Board of the City of Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning
May 1, 2009, and ending Apri130, 2012.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of
passage.
