BACKGROUND:
Abe Enns has submitted this plat in order to build a commercial business on the property located at 2975
F.M. 79.
A water line and fire hydrant have been installed and the sewer service will be private.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
P& Z recommended approval of the preliminary plat, subject to City Engineer's recommendations by a
vote of 5-0 at their July 6th, 2009 meeting.
