RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve a Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Standridge Addition located in the 2800 Block of
Pine Mill, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations.

BACKGROUND:
This is the preliminary plat for Lot 1, Block A, Standridge Addition located in the 2800 Block of Pine
Mill. The owner is proposing to build a Social Security office.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat, subject to City Engineer's
recommendation by a vote of 5-0 on the plat.

SUBJECT: Standridge Addition Preliminary Plat
1 have reviewed the preliininary plat of the above referenced addition. lt appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
Revise the plat name to "Standridge 259 Addition"
2. Add "Block A" to the plat.
3. Add a five (5) foot utility easement along both roadway frontages.
4. Submit civil site work plans to the Engineering, Planning & Development Deparhnent.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
