RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve a Final Plat of Lots 14, 16 and 17, Stone Ridge Phase 6, subject to the City Engineer's
recommendations.

BACKGROUND:
This is the final plat for Lots 14, 16 and 17, Stone Ridge Phase 5. The property owner is proposing
residential homes. Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat, subject to corrections needed in the
attached memo.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Commission recommended approval of the final plat, subject to City Engineer's recommendations,
by a vote of 5-0 on the plat.

SUBJECT: Stone Ridge Phase 5 Final Plat
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception(s).
1. Add Block `A' to the Lots.
2. Change the Phase # from 6 to 5.
3. The field notes should be corrected, this property is not currently within the City of Paris
corporate limits. The property is within the City of Paris Extraterritorial Jurisdiction
(ETJ
I recommend approval of the final plat upon submission of a conected mylar copy with
signatures of the surveyor and owners prior to noon on September 21, 2009.
