This is the preliminary and final plat for Lot 1, Block A, Xavier Clinic Addition 109, located at 219 6th
Street S.E. The owner is proposing to build a doctor's office. Staff recommends approval of the
preliminary and final plats.

P&Z recommended approval of the preliminary and final plats, by a vote of 5-0.

I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. I recommend approval
of the preliminary plat.
