BACKGROUND:
This is the preliminary and final plats for Lot 1, Block A, Speedy Stop No. 8 Addition CB 248, located
at 1900 Clarksville Street. The owner is proposing to build a doctor's office. Staff recommends
approval of the preliminary and final plats, subject to corrections needed in the attached memos.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
P&Z recommended approval of the preliminary and final plats, subject to City Engineer's
recommendation, by a vote of 6-0.

SUBJECT: Speedy Stop No. 8 Addition CB 248 Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Show building lines on both street frontages. The building line is 20-feet and the canopy
set back is 12-feet.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above item.

I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat

signatures of the surveyor and owners prior to noon on October 9, 2009.
