Move to approve a Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Standridge 259 Addition, located in the 2800 Block of
Pine Mill Road, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations.

BACKGROUND:
This is the final plat for Lot 1, Block A, Standridge 259 addition located in the 2800 Block of Pine Mill
Road. The property owner is proposing to build a Social Security office. Staff recommends approval of
the Final Plat, subject to corrections noted in the attached memo.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
P&Z recommended approval of the final plat, subject to City Engineer's recommendations, by a vote of
6-0.
