RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve a Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Kroger Addition 112, located at 1310 Clarksville Street,
subject to the City Engineer's recommendations.

BACKGROUND:
This is the final plat for Lot 1, Block A, Kroger Addition 112, located at 1310 Clarksville Street. The
property owner is proposing to add a gasoline service area. Staff recommends approval of the Final
Plat, subject to corrections needed in the attached memo.
BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
P&Z recommended approval of the final plat, subject to City Engineer's recommendations, by a vote of
6-0.
