RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to cancel the meetings scheduled for November 23, 2009 and December 28, 2009.
POLICY ISSUE(S):
Council meeting schedule.
BACKGROUND:
Both the second regularly scheduled meetings in November and December occur in the weeks of
Thanksgiving and Christmas, respectively. Historically Council has cancelled these meetings due to
everyone's holiday schedules.
