The City has a$200,000 HOME grant to provide $10,000 five-year forgivable loans for first-time
homebuyers. Four households have received assistance so far:

The new homeowners have been invited to attend the council meeting to be recognized and have their
respective Council Member present them a ceremonial key.
Paris Living administers the grant on behalf of the City. Current Board Members include Clifton
Fendley (President), Jill Drake (Vice President), Linda Ocello (Secretary), Stacy Byrd, Ron Knight;
Jerard Moseley, Jerome Pipkin, Trinity Thomas, and Denise Williams.
