BACKGROUND:
The attached list has a couple of projects added. The first is not a new problem but involves an area
along NE 34th St. and Clement Road where the drainage flow has been altered several years ago. The
second project is one that the city just became aware of on SE 42"d St. The house at 445 SE 42"d St. has
had water in the house before. The possible reason for the flooding is storm sewer pipe carrying water
from two inlet boxes located in 42°d St. may be broken and causing sink holes to form and filling up the
pipe with dirt.
