BACKGROUND:
The City has received a grant from TxDOT to develop an airport master plan. Part of the planning
process includes the creation of a Planning Advisory Committee (PAC). The proposed committee
members and their affiliation are:

All of the proposed members have been contacted and have agreed to serve. The kick-off ineeting for
the PAC is 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 15, in the Council chamber.
