2010-015-RES RECOMMENDING REAPPOINTMENT OF CURTIS FENDLEY AS MEMBER OF SULPHUR RIVER REGIONAL MOBILITY AUTHORITY BOARDRESOLUTION N0. 201n- n15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS,
RECOMMENDING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF CURTIS FENDLEY AS A
MEMBER OF THE SULPHUR RIVER REGIONAL MOBILITY AUTHORITY
BOARD; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE
SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of office of Curtis Fendley, as a member of the Sulphur River
Regional Mobility Authority Board, expires on February 1, 2010; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris supports and recommends the reappointment of Curtis
Fendley to the Sulphur River Regional Mobility Authority Board of Directors by the Lamar
County Commissioners' Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby
in all things approved.
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas supports and
recommends the reappointment of Curtis Fendley, as a member of the Sulphur River
Regional Mobility Authority Board of Directors by the Lamar County Commissioner's Court.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
